We were relocated to the KC area in the middle of the 2010-11 school year and took the time to research several school districts. We compared school size, testing scores, community involvement and spoke with administration at numerous schools. After several months of research, we chose to purchase a home within the Louisburg School District. We have not been disappointed. The personal attention to my students and the overall character of the school staff is incredible. Strong academics and athletics round out this school district. I am glad we made the right choice to live in Louisburg.

I love the Louisburg Middle Shool except for the principal. Yes, the principal could be a little more considerate and pleasant.

Louisburg Middle School is an unbelievable place of learning. In the last two years, my child and all of his friends and their parents have loved every minute of their educational experience. Mr. Biermann and his staff have done unbelievable things for our students. I know many parents feel the same way as I do and we couldn't think of sending our child any place else but LMS!

Although parents are posting very positive comments, I'm guessing they are just trying to be nice. Which does not cut it, I do not like the respect or the education my child is getting from numerous teahers. Some are very well teahers, and idols for the kids. I guess, I just don't like this school. And If I had the choice I wouldn't put my kid in this school. We might move next year, I'd encourage you to do the same. . The teachers are rude. And accuse students of the stupidest things. And they don't know what they are talking about half of the time. Please take this comment into consideration. Thank you.

This school is terrible. The teachers can't teach. And are quite frankly rude! Along with the principal.

I think that all of the teachers are great and my child loves the new princible. She does, though wish she didnt have to take choir this year.

My second child is attending LMS which over the years has added better and better teachers. One problem I see is low parent involvement which makes it difficult for extra activities to be sponsored. The same parents do what it takes to make activities a success. Everyone needs to pitch in to help if their child is to benefit.

The band at LMS is exemplary. Mr. Cissetti is one of the most respected teachers by the students. His teaching/work ethics far exceed any teacher that I have ever known
